Medicine Bow Peak Trail, Laramie, WY, 2018

Before wedding weekend Irina wanted  for all of us to go for the hike in Medicine Bow Forrest- couple day prior I was in that area- totally stunning and worth of hiking place, but what about our manicure , pedicure, and all that “wedding pampering” ?! Ye-Ye… of course we went for the hike and I had to wear closed toes shoes during the wedding because of “no time for pedicure”.

The Medicine Bow Peak is the highest peak in the Snowy Range at 12,013 feet. It is part of a rugged ridge line that towers over several alpine lakes and forest below it also has some significant importance for Irina and Caleb- its where their relationship blossomed.  What a gift it was for everybody- flowers in full bloom everywhere, deepest blue color of the lakes, stunning views around each conner, snow on the top, and freedom for the dogs to wander around. Hugo was overwhelmed a little, so he had to be carried from the top, but that old stud did 6 hours hike with no issue.  Pizza  in Centennial  after hike completed the great day.
