Badlands National Park is in South Dakota. Its dramatic landscapes span layered rock formations, steep canyons and towering spires. Bison, bighorn sheep and prairie dogs inhabit its sprawling grasslands. Grey Is the major color here in stark contrast with bright green of the grass. This land has been so ruthlessly ravaged by wind and water that it has become sooo picturesque. We are driving back to Utah on the nothern way from Philly.
