We visited Charlotte over the weekend. On my personal opinion it is missing the southern charm of Charleston and Savannah. Still, we had a good time. There was a Nascar event with autograph signing, and food was great. We checked out 3 restaurants, – Yafo Kitchen (Israeli/Mediterranean), Japanese O-KU Sushi, and Korean BBQ Let’s Meat. We also went to Modern art museum. There was a beautiful handmade tapestries exposition with copies of famous painters, Picasso, Marc Shagal, Cordel, and others on the 4th floor. Our last visit was to Botanical garden. They hosted glass flower expo by local artist, which blended nicely with live plants, butterfly sanctuary, and orchids garden.
