Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park Utah, 2018

The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is so named for the soft red hues of the sand in this region. Over thousands of years the sand has been collecting as the wind gradually forces the grains from the surrounding red sandstone formations. This is one of the friendliest places to the dogs- so Dixie had a blast day!

    • No. There were tons of people riding them, and I thought, that I may rent ATV, but they were private parties. BTW, we are in Arches now, close to Moab, which is the Mecca of mountain bikers, ATV etc. They have a festival now, so there are crowds of them everywhere.
